Stock Alerts does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All market data, alerts, signals, scores, grades, and analysis provided through the App are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not rely on any information in the App as a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App. Market data may be delayed, and technical indicators are calculated from third-party data sources that may contain errors.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including design, code, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Stock Alerts and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Alerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investments, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
