Before you write
- App issues: include your device type (iOS/Android), app version, and a short description of what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
- Account & subscription issues: write from the email address associated with your account so we can locate it quickly. Subscription billing itself is handled by the App Store or Google Play.
- Filing questions: we can explain what a disclosure says and where it came from, but we cannot tell you whether to buy or sell — Stock Alerts does not provide investment advice.
