Welcome to Stock Alerts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stock Alerts mobile application (the "App") and the website at stockalerts.live (the "Website"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
By accessing or using Stock Alerts, you agree to these Terms. The service provides informational stock market content; it does not execute trades. If you are a minor, use the service with parental guidance, and any subscription purchase must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. If you use Stock Alerts on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Stock Alerts provides stock price alerts, market data, SEC filing information, technical analysis tools, congressional and institutional filings browsers, educational content, and related information via the App and Website. The App is available in three subscription tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. Some Website pages may display ads when you consent to advertising cookies.
Stock Alerts does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All market data, alerts, signals, scores, grades, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
To use certain App features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
Stock Alerts offers Free, Plus ($8.99/month or $89.99/year), and Pro ($21.99/month or $219.99/year) plans. Prices are shown in USD; the price displayed in the App Store or Google Play at purchase in your local currency applies. Eligible first-time subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; eligibility is determined by Apple or Google. The Free plan may include ads in the App. Plus and Pro include no App ads. Pro includes Watchlist Insights, unlimited alerts/watchlists/tracking, the Rule Builder, advanced alert types, and signal scanners. Paid subscriptions:
On the Free plan, a Research Pass unlocks Plus-level stock research modules for one ticker for 24 hours. Free accounts may activate up to 2 Research Passes per calendar month (UTC). A Research Pass does not suppress ads, does not unlock Pro-only features (including DCF valuation, Pro scanners, and Watchlist Insights), and does not grant other account-wide Plus benefits. Plus and Pro subscribers already have broader entitlements and are not limited to the Free monthly Research Pass allowance.
You agree not to use Stock Alerts unlawfully; reverse engineer the App; scrape by automated means beyond ordinary browsing; disrupt infrastructure; impersonate others; or use the service to engage in insider trading or market manipulation.
We strive for accurate, timely information but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness. Market quotes and indicators may be delayed or polled on intervals. Congressional STOCK Act disclosures and institutional 13F filings can lag the underlying transactions by days or longer. Technical indicators are calculated from third-party sources that may contain errors.
App and Website content, features, and functionality — including design, code, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Stock Alerts and protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Alerts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investments, arising from your use of the App or Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. You may delete your account in App settings. Deletion removes your account data as described in the Privacy Policy (including affiliate profile cleanup); some finance ledgers or third-party processor records may remain as disclosed there.
If you participate in the Affiliate Program described on the Website, you must follow the program rules published on the affiliate page. Monthly referrals earn $2 after the first paid month, $3 after the second, and $5 after the third, while the subscription stays active. Plus yearly referrals earn $18 and Pro yearly referrals earn $40 after the 48-hour refund window. A new account can enter a referral code for 7 days after signup. A referral link attributes a signup for 90 days from the click, and a new click restarts that window. Credits stay pending until you request a payout. PayPal payouts require a $10 minimum and are sent after review, typically within 7 business days of the request. Program rewards and qualification rules may change; payouts are subject to verification and prohibited-conduct rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
